First time there! Really great experience. Food was beautifully prepped. And tasted amazing. The waiting time between each serving was perfect. The waiters were pleasant, and great at explaining what we were eating and drinking and how it all fit together. All in all, great culinary experience! Will definitely come here again.

Et rigtig hyggeligt sted, med en god stemning og meget sødt og imødekommende personale. Dæmpet hyggelig belysning og fin afstand mellem borderne. Konceptet er family style italiensk tapas. Vi fik 13 serveringer.

Alle retterne var flotte og veltilberedte og alt smagte godt, selvom der var enkelte afstikkere. Den største udfordring var nok, at nogle af retterne - fx risottoen - blev for tung, så det faktisk var svært at komme igennem alle retterne, selvom jeg nu nok plejer at kunne tage fra.

Der var en ret god vinmenu, som passede godt til retterne, og det er også
Muligt at køre en cocktailmenu. Den var også ok, men svingede dog lidt mere. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse.

My family and I really love coming to Basso. They are super generous with the portions, the flavors have a great variety, and there really is a dish for everyone! Some dishes can be on the more basic side taste-wise, while others really hit it out of the park. Super good idea to have “stables” to the menu rotations as well: we love the foccacia bread with ricotta whip, beef tartar and scallops!

Dette er mit 3. besøg og hvilken et. Første besøg var fremragende hvor 2. gang var en lidt kedelig oplevelse i forhold til personalet. Vi kom i dialog med Basso efterfølgende hvor de var meget imødekommende og vi blev enige om at prøve en gang til - det blev vi glade for. Vi blev mødt af et kæmpe smil og følte os meget velkommen. Tjeneren og det øvrige personale sørgede for en god stemning. Maden, sad atter igen i skabet og vinparringen var også meget gennemført. Vi kommer helt sikker igen.

I brought all my colleagues to Basso for a company party, where we enjoyed their 13-course tasting menu with free beers, wine, and cocktails included. The entire menu is built around a sharing concept, and the food—an Italian fusion with a Danish twist—was consistently tasty and well-prepared.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cocktails, which were far better than what you would expect from an all-you-can-drink deal. My favourites were the ones with passion fruit and grape. I could have happily sipped those all evening.

We spent several hours in the basement, enjoying the food and atmosphere. It was a great evening overall, though the air became quite warm and heavy after a while. And while all the dishes were good, they leaned a bit on the safe side, with nothing that truly stood out—except for the chicken, which was incredibly tender and practically melted in my mouth.

It was around 1.000 kr. per person for everything which I thing was a great deal.

The 5 course menu at Bosso is an amazing value and a constantly evolving menu. Every time I go it’s a new menu with high quality Italian fusion and great surprises. I usually do the early seating as it’s moves a bit faster and ensure you’ll make theatre or any evening plans you may have. It’s always plenty of great food to keep you full through the night. The only improvement I would like to see is the desert course. It’s often a classic menu option that they serve deconstructed. While it looks cool, its lacks taste (especially the deconstructed tiramisù, which has a dry ladyfinger biscuit instead of being soaked in espresso). Staff is always great and they have nice beers.
