Unbelievably high prices (small soft icecream 7€) and rather unfriendly service. The means of existence is probably the (cruise) tourists, who are stopping by once and never again.

Mein Mann hatte einen Eiskaffee, welcher seiner Aussage nach wirklich unschlagbar gut war. Der Kaffee war richtig schön stark, sodass dieser durch das geschmolzene Softeis nicht verwässerte im Geschmack. Die Dame im Service war sehr nett. Absolute Empfehlung, wenn man in Skagen ist.

Hold jer væk herfra!

Meget ubehøvlet betjening. Vi er forbi Skagen på familiebesøg. Da vejret er godt, beslutter vi os for at få en is. Da det er varmt, har vi begge selvfølgelig en vand med i hånden.

Vi køber begge en is her, og sætter os derefter ved et af deres borde og nyder en is. Dette indtil den sure dame fra isbutikken råber til os, at vi ikke måtte medbringe drikkevarer med. Altså en vand, som vi havde med og ikke engang drak af. Hvad er det for en opførsel, når man lige har brugt en masse penge på en iøvrigt dyr og lille is.

Nu har vi fortalt familien om den dårlige oplevelse, så ingen af dem eller dem de kender, kommer til at lægge penge på dette sted.

Terrible costumer service !
My kids and I were super exited to have a cute little experience in the house they have outside, my husband was going to buy one huge ice cream to share with the kids and I will have buy myself an ice scream as well.
She was so rude to ask that we should not sit in the house unless we all buy ice scream.
I think that she just lost a costumer, we would have only been there 20 min and enjoy our ice cream and move on, instead she made us feel uncomfortable and not welcome.

The coffe is not great neither and bitter !
I will never recommend this place again to anyone.

A short trip to Denmark to visit my daughter after more than a couple of years. We decided to have a trip day to Skagen, my first time and enjoyed the beautiful summer day and the tourist atmosphere. After a walk around the beautifully neat alleys full of restaurants and shops, a stroll along the marina and a wonderful meditation in front of the ocean, we made our way back to town. Thirsty and with energy depleted, we bought some inviting cakes from a small bakery and looked for a shadowed sitting place. We found the benches in front of this shop which was not open. We glanced through the glass as many other passers by as the thought of an ice cream was just right. Finished our cakes and quenched our thirst. Ready to go again shopping. In that moment, this woman came and asked us to leave and to clean the table . We smiled and said we were just about to leave and that of course we would take our wrapping paper and beverage cans. She aggressively told us to leave immediately and she hushed us like we were ducklings, gesticulating in according to the message.

Not the place to go!!!!! While we respect anyone’s business or property, us as tourists, potential clients ( I love ice cream!!!!) I would not buy from this shop even if it’s the best.
I am convinced that the ice cream is made and served with hate, intolerance and arrogance. Just that is enough to alter the best taste in the world.
I gave 1 star for the tranquil shadow cast by the tree beside the bench.

Stopped here for a lovely coffee sitting in the sunshine. Can't fault the experience, 6 stars if they'd start stocking pastries:-)
