Can’t recommend Mimi’s enough! I ordered a birthday cake for my girlfriend from outside the country, and the staff were so kind and helpful from the outset! They helped me plan the surprise, designed a cake for my specifications and even arranged delivery! Communication was incredible with the store and the red velvet cake tasted amazing! As you can see, the design is magnificent too. Some of the nicest and most talented people I’ve met! 10/10 experience!

the cake was excellent. The work on the characters were perfect and all minute details were perfectly carved . The taste of cake was also so so good . All our guests loved the birthday cake . Thank you so much for the beautiful cake . We love mimi cakes 🎂 😊

I have been there couple of times in 2019 and 2020. Mimi is so nice to understand the requirements related to Cakes. Both times i got beautiful cakes . It takes lot of time to make beautiful Cakes that’s why these are little expensive as compare to other shops.

My wife ordered a Chelsea cake for my birthday today from here, and it was a very beautiful, tasty cake. The flavor was in red-velvet and cream which we all loved so much. The shop was meant to be closed at 17:00 but when we reached there at 17:45, she was still there waiting for us which I appreciate a lot. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately we didn’t get to try out the cakes but it must be outstanding according to the good reviews. What a pity!

My only complaint is, that it was incredibly difficult to maintain communication with this business. We did wait anywhere from 2 (which is alright) to 10 days for a response (absolutely ridiculous) each time - I had to write follow up messages too many times because we felt ignored and ghosted. Again, we remained civil despite the built up frustration. I asked them for payment details so I can wire the money - again - they did read it and didn’t respond for days even though the order was basically discussed to its full detail and all we needed to do was pay.

When I sent them a last message explaining that we will not order the cake anymore due to the communication issues and the anxiety it induces, we have been left “on read” like so many times before (didn’t even bother to apologize or explain themselves)

The lack of professionalism really does make the experience a bitter one. Not even a good tasting cake can make up for it.
