Heute per Zufall eingekehrt und es hat alles gepasst!
Netter Laden, sehr freundliche Besitzer mit eigener Weinproduktion ( Tip- der Weißwein aus 2022), Bierbrauerei und weiteren Köstlichkeiten. Der Chef kocht selbst! Er kommt aus Frankreich und das schmeckt man auch, - super . Ich könnte weiter schwärmen… Also, wenn Ribe, dann auch unbedingt mal hierhin! Dann auch noch Bio-, teilweise sogar Demeter Qualität.
! Aber Achtung, ab 15.06.22 ist für drei Monate die Küche geschlossen! Da sie in dieser Zeit ihre eigenen Produkte für den Shop produzieren und der Koch hierdurch ausgelastet ist.
Der Verkaufsraum ist aber weiterhin offen.

What a small treasure in a sea of Danish culture. Here you find the most local meats, eggs, grain, berries and honey, all with a small hint of foreign culture.
A stunning young woman humming a small song as she covers a table with a white tablecloth and her french husband in the kitchen prepares a flawless omelette made with care and passion along with a fresh glass of homemade juice.

The setting is beautiful despite the boring and depressing weather because the inside takes you away into a cozy little restaurant with an old Danish clock ticking away. It's a must try if you are in the area and the food and drink is absolutely amazing.

The hosts are sweet gentle people and with a corona pass you will feel as welcome as you possibly can.

We had a spontaneous trip to this super sweet vineyard. The pizza was amazing and the selfmade beer, paired with a little tour to the distillery made the stay a 10/10!

Wunderschöne lage , sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Besitzer der selbst kocht und das auch noch außerordentlich gut
Alkohol wird selbstgemacht und schmeckt super
Alles in allem eins der besten cafes das ich je besuchen durfte
